Due to the aging vinyl fencing and the costs the Board of Directors have obtained for replacement consideration, the Board of Directors is opting for a trial period of 60 days to remove the gates only on Poolside (or homes facing Admiral) to determine if the gates and fencing are necessary to replace or to simply just remove them altogether.
