Pool and Spa Hours
Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight
Adult residents in possession of a gate card are permitted 4 guests maximum.
Residents are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. An adult resident must remain in pool area at all times with their guests.
All children under 14 years must be accompanied in the pool area at all times by a resident adult 18 years of age or older.
Tennis and Basketball Court Hours
Daily: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
You must be a resident or the guest of a resident to use any of the facilities at Seaside Village.
Pets are not allowed in the tennis and basketball courts.
All garbage and refuse from the units shall be deposited in containers provided per City ordinance. The containers are to be placed on concrete areas only (not on grass) at collection time.
Garbage should not be placed out for collection until after 3:00 p.m. of the evening preceding collection day and emptied cans must be removed by 8:00 p.m. on the day of collection. Thursday is the normal collection day unless there is a holiday, and then, Friday is collection day. During the week, garbage cans are to be stored in the garage.
The trash collection schedule is altered the week of New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You can see the revised schedule at http://www.rainbowdisposal.com/holiday.php
Republic Services /Rainbow Disposal, contracted by the City of Huntington Beach, has expanded their bulky item pick-up to four (4) times per year, and to ten (10) items. These items may include bagged trash, yard waste (bundled and tied weighing no more than forty (40) pounds or no longer than 4 feet in length), old appliances, furniture and other bulky items. The County and City ordinances pertaining to cats and dogs, which provide in part that dogs be kept on a leash or confined within the owners unit, apply to this community.
If any pets become a nuisance, restrictions will be mandated. All animals are the responsibility of the owner, and the owner is responsible for the immediate cleanup of animal waste.
Any damage to landscaping caused by animal waste will be repaired by the Association at the expense of the owner.
The Parking Rules are established to make Seaside Village as aesthetically pleasant as possible. Parking rules are in force twenty-four hours.
Resident vehicles parked in guest spaces are subject to the parking violation process. Violation complaints should be directed to the property management company. The Board of Directors will review the complaints and act in accordance with parking rules and the CC&Rs.
No one is permitted to park on the street, including residents, guests, and other visitors from midnight through 4 A.M.
Reservations are limited to six (6) consecutive hours or curfew hours, whichever comes first. The six (6) hour limit includes set up and clean up time. Curfew is

Reservations are for the use of the clubhouse indoor facility only, for social purposes, and do not include the use of outdoor pool or spa areas. Commercial use of the Clubhouse is prohibited.
The resident who signs the clubhouse Reservation and Conditions Agreement must be a legal resident of record of Seaside Village Towne Homes Association and must be present in the Clubhouse at all times during the event.
Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance and no more than ninety days in advance.
Reservations are confirmed when all fees have been paid; a deposit fee and a rental fee. Two separate checks for deposit and rental, payable to Seaside Village Towne Homes Assoc., must be provided at time of reservation. Click here for the clubhouse reservation form.

Please refer to Architectural Modifications, Standards, and Guidelines in Rules and Regulations (pages 13 thru 17) for details on architectural modifications, window replacement, garage door replacement, enforcement procedures, etc. It is important to note that no architectural modification may be made prior to Board of Directors approval. DO NOT BEGIN ANY WORK UNTIL YOU HAVE A LETTER FROM OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY STATING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS APPROVED YOUR REQUEST.
