Subject: Scheduled Street Repairs Project
This notice is to advise you that the Seaside Village Towne Homes Association along with Surfside Villas has contracted with Westpro Contracting, Inc. to conduct street repairs as a joint project. The streets affected in our community are Seaglen, Bayport and Poolside. The project will be divided into four phases, within a five-week period beginning Wednesday, November 4, 2020 (in Surfside Villas). Please refer to the attached phase map to determine when your street repairs will be conducted. Trash service will continue on Thursdays although you may have to place your cans on Admiral or Mainmast for pick-up. Please mark your household trash cans with your unit address to easily retrieve after trash pick-up.
Please note: The Mainmast/Delaware gate, normally closed will be opened and closed as needed during this project.
Phase 1 – *RED – North end of Poolside Lane to the center island tree planter – November 23, 24, and 25, 2020
Phase 2 – *YELLOW – Poolside Lane from center island tree planter around corner onto Bayport Drive – November 30, December 1 and 2, 2020
Phase 3 – *GREEN – Seaglen Drive entire concrete flow line – December 3, 4 and 7, 2020.
Phase 4 – *ORANGE – South Side of Poolside Lane – December 8, 9, and 10, 2020
Phase 5 – *BLUE – Asphalt removal and replacement, Seaglen, Bayport and Poolside and Surfside Villas streets – December 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2020
*(No access to garages or parking spaces on these days. Members/residents may park in open spaces by pool and tennis courts or curbside on Admiral or Mainmast only. Main gates and Mainmast Delaware gate may be utilized)
As the streets and parking spaces noted above will be closed, you and your family members will need to exit your garages, driveways, parking spaces, and the above streets before 7:00am in the morning and will not be able access the parking spaces or streets until barriers are removed by the contractor. You may utilize street parking prior to your section being started to avoid you from having to rush around each morning at 7:00am. Please do not park on a street scheduled to be worked on as your vehicle will be towed!! If you leave your vehicle in the garage or on your driveway you WILL NOT be able to move it onto the street until the street is re-opened. Vehicles that are not moved off the street by 7:00am, the days your street is scheduled to be worked on, are subject to towing at the vehicle owners expense.
Members & Residents may park curbside on Admiral or Mainmast, and in open parking spaces in community areas not being paved. If curbside or parking spaces are taken, then members and residents will need to park outside the community on Atlanta & Beach Boulevard. NO red curb parking near fire hydrants in any location.
Barricades are an indication that the streets are being worked on. Driving or walking on the streets can result in significant damages to the street and cause black tar-like substance to adhere to your car tires or shoes and track on driveways, sidewalks, inside homes, etc. We recommend you keep roaming pets, such as cats, inside and that young children be monitored if outside. Seaside Village Homeowners Association, Surfside Villas, Westpro Contracting, Inc., or Total Property Management, will NOT be held responsible for any damage caused by carelessness or not adhering to these guidelines. Any damages to the new streets caused by residents or guests will be assessed to the homeowners account for the repairs. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated during this project. If you have any questions, about parking or the project, please contact Total Property Management, Inc. at (949) 261-8282. Thank you.
