Subject: Meet ‘n’ Greet the Candidates

The Board of Directors has authorized a Meet ‘n’ Greet of the Board Candidates at the greenbelt area on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 2:00pm.

All members are encouraged to attend with a lawn chair and personal facial masks. Social Distancing will be adhered to during the meet ‘n’ greet and everyone’s cooperation is requested out of respect to all present.

After extensive research, and consultation regarding the current situation with COVID-19, the Seaside Village Board of Directors has decided to keep the Pool/Spa, Tennis & Sports courts open from 9:00am – 5:00pm daily. Security will be patrolling these areas to ensure that residents are practicing social distancing while continuing to utilize community amenities.

In addition, the janitorial service will be wiping down all hard services, prior to closure daily. Each resident using the amenities should be cognizant of their own social distancing and management of hard surfaces when utilizing.

The following usage rules will be adhered to when using these Seaside ammenities:

• No more than 4 persons allowed on the courts, 2 hours maximum
• No more than 4 persons allowed in the spa, 1 hour maximum
• No more than 10 persons allowed in the pool, 2 hours maximum
• No more than 15 persons allowed on the pool deck, 2 hours maximum

The guard will be present to ensure that these temporary use rules are followed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated with the above hours and temporary rules. The Board is seeking to adhere to the Governor’s order while balancing the rights of our dues paying membership to access facilities that have not been ordered closed by regulatory agencies. If National/State/County/City regulators dictate closure, the Board will immediately comply.

The gates will be locked down at 5:00pm daily with no admittance or trespassing. Should the Board find that vandalism or tresspassing becomes a problem, the facilities will be chain locked and heat turned off for the duration of the Governor’s order. Please encourage community-wide compliance. It’s just neighborly to offer others a turn if you’ve enjoyed the ammenity for a period of time.
