Subject: Landscaping Maintenance Concerns
Many homeowners and residents have expressed concerns about the landscaping, lack of mowing, weeding, and general grooming. Due to the excessive amount of rain over the past few weeks, Bemus has reported that the mowers are not operating well with the wet grass and soil. The wet grass lies down and the mowers wheels are getting stuck in the wet soil. Even though there may be sunshine between rainy days, it does take time for the soil to dry out.
Weeds are growing in abundance as Bemus also cannot spray currently, but plans on doing so as soon as they are able.
In respect for all concerned, we all need to keep in mind the current status of not only Seaside Village, but of the world in which we are all residing. Many vendors are limiting their crews to protect their own workers and follow social distancing guidelines. As such, Seaside Village is respectful of these decisions and will continue to work with essential vendors as per their safety protocols until a time that it is no longer necessary. Everyone’s patience and compassion is truly appreciated in these trying times.
